We are going live with P1Wired for WPPI 2010 — an easy and fun photography studio management software for photographers. The press release is out today. Come by booth #1315 at WPPI to see the new studio management software application and all the features it has to offer. We are also running a special during the show for photographers.
We have incorporated many of the best features from PhotoOne and have included many new features. P1Wired runs in your browser on a Mac, PC or smartphone and gives you the freedom to run your business from anyplace you desire.
How does this fit in with existing PhotoOne Users? Is there an additional cost for the wired version? Does wired offer all the same features as “regular” PhotoOne?

Does this mean that our studio data would be stored off site like gmail data?
And the cost is?
Would current photo1 users have to start their data structures all over again or would we be able to import all present data into the new product?
Hi Mark – We will be rolling P1Wired out at WPPI next week. When we get back from the trade show, we are looking to conduct a limited release of between 50 – 100 users. We will then be in a position to convert data in PhotoOne to P1Wired, for our current clients. This offering is planned for June 2010. We will have most of the features in PhotoOne in P1Wired by June and plan on having P1 to P1Wired data conversion capability at that time. This sounds very interesting. We have dreamed of the day that P1 was a Mac compatible database. This looks like the answer. Iphone will access my calendar and contacts supposedly. How does this work out for current P1 customers that have paid $$$ over the years for the software and support? Are we paying the same as a new customer? What features are added or missing?
