The Contact feature is a great way to keep all of your important contact information away from your client database. You can manage your vendor, business contacts and other relationships with the Contact feature and look to leverage those relationships to enhance your flow of business.
P1Wired Photography Studio Management wanted a division between Client and Contact so that there would be little chance of confusion around marketing programs, promotions and emails between the two different sets of clients.
Could you please give more information on the customer relations features – how can you track leads etc.?
Hi Marci – Any new prospect that is added to P1Wired shows up on the Prospect List. For this group, you can create auto-generated emails and follow-up tasks that can be created in the Workflow module. You can also use the Marketing module to email these prospects. Any of your communications will be tracked in the Communication tab of the Prospect File. We are also currently developing a Studio follow-up page which will give a quick snapshot of all outstanding communication so that there is an orderly process to follow up.
